1. Services Provided
Boost Canopy Cleaning provides commercial kitchen canopy, duct, and exhaust fan cleaning
services. All services are performed as per Australian safety and hygiene standards.
2. Quotes and Bookings
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information given by the client. Final pricing may vary after on-site inspection. A booking is only confirmed once a written confirmation is received from Boost Canopy Cleaning.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due on the day of service unless prior arrangements are made. Late payments may incur a late fee. We reserve the right to pause or cancel services if payment terms are not met.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or staffing issues.
5. Access and Safety
The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises, including roof access if
needed. Any delays due to access issues may incur additional charges.
6. Completion Certificates
A certificate of completion will be provided upon request after the service is completed and full payment is received.
7. Liability
We take all reasonable care while performing our services. We are not liable for pre-existing
damage or issues caused by poor installation, age, or structural faults.
8. Warranties and Guarantees
We guarantee our work meets council and insurance standards. If there are any concerns
post-cleaning, they must be reported within 48 hours.
9. Privacy
Any personal or business information shared with us is kept confidential and will only be used for service-related communication.
10. Changes to Terms
Boost Canopy Cleaning reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be
effective immediately upon posting on our website.
